The prices apply to the rental of a flat for one week.
To book, just send an e-mail or a fax with your name and address, giving the dates for which you want to book your holiday.
A deposit is requested in 6 days and can be sent per bank transfer, per credit card (in the latter case please give the type, number and expiry date of the card) or postal order.
The amounts of required deposit are the following:
- for Niky and Levante flat € 300,00 (per week);
- for Samy apartment € 400,00 (per week);
- for Ponente flat € 150,00 (per week).
The weekly prices include: independent heating, electricity, water and gas, bath and bed lines (beds are ready at your arrival), final cleaning, one parking space per apartment, 2 parking spaces for Samy flat, ski and bicycles deposit.
For extra cars, obligation of garage at € 28,00 per week.
Garage on request and subject to availability € 4,00 per night per car.
EXTRA CHARGES
- infant’s cot (obligatory for children under 2 years of age) € 8,00 per day
- small-medium sized animals € 20.00 per week.
